AIRO Ltd is looking for a Business Development Manager to help in growing its business. As a Business Development Manager, you will assist in the sales of our services and pave way for success.
Responsibilities would include:
- Being relentless in your pursuit to hunt down sales opportunities, and diligently follow up with them.
- Ability to be independent and come up with your own ideas and sales strategy.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop yearly sales plans and forecast sales targets
- Responsible for ensuring to hit sales targets & KPIs consistently
- Understand the sales metrics and make the key decisions to achieve the predefined KPI’s
- Support our Customer Success team to maintain a high customer retention rate
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing team to identify and execute marketing strategies to generate leads
- Aid with the development and improvement of the company’s service offerings
- Build strong customer and supplier relationships and will be respected for your integrity, advice & professionalism
Education & Experience:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing a Sales team
- Experience working within an IT infrastructure and services sales environment would be a big advantage
- You have a talent for sales, team leading and have a proven track record in previous sales roles

- You appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong work ethic, methodical and good attention to detail
